The Hawks jumped out to a 13 to 6 first quarter lead behind the rebounding efforts of Miss Ashley Schuld. In fact, at the end of the first quarter, Ashley was beating Prairie Ridge 8 to 6. Ashley finished the first half with 14 points and finished the game with 16 as the sophs won 41 to 31. Tara Connerty added 7 points and Tayelor Neiss and Mary Kate Wright chipped in with 6 each.
The sophomores are now 2 - 0 in the Fox Valley and 14 - 3 overall.
Interesting game facts:
Remember - study session from 12:30 to 2:30 on Wednesday.

- The Hawks had a season high 6 blocked shots
- For the first time all year, Tara Connerty made every free throw she took in a game. - Nice job Tara!
- Ashley Schuld had her third double double of the season with 16 points and 10 rebounds.
- Morgan Berge had a season high for the sophomore Hawks with 8 assists
